I have a baby coming in January. That makes a big difference in our selections. If for any reason he comes in December, how much can we change before the new year?

Question: There was a comment about moving to the state’s health care plan. Can you elaborate on that?

How do we find out more about FSA and how that can work with daycare? Or is that the DCSA? Is it best to make an appointment to discuss that with someone at Benefit Services?

you mentioned increase in Family from $800 to $1200 and Family $7,200 to $7,300. I take it the $1200 is referring to the deductible and the 7300 is referring to the out of pocket max.

Back on the baby question, I understand that if he comes in December, i am on my current selection and can't change retroactively. What I mean is can I make changes to what goes into effect in January if the baby comes in December.
