Join the Palouse-Clearwater Food Coalition for a Community Conversation about Moscow Commercial Kitchens!
Thursday, May 19, 2022 | 12 - 1 pm PST
This Community Conversation will be focused on the availability and uses of Moscow’s commercial kitchen spaces including best uses, equipment, scheduling, fees, and lessons learned from clients. Jim Logan from the Latah Community Kitchen, Nils Peterson from the Peterson Cookhouse, and Jenny Kostroff from the 1912 Center will be sharing about the possibilities and opportunities of these kitchen spaces. We invite you to ask questions and share your ideas for promoting and increasing the use of Moscow’s commercial kitchens spaces during the growing season and beyond!
